Products
Charmony offers handmade and small-batch accessories. Because many pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern placement, materials, or appearance may occur and are part of the unique nature of the product. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but screens and devices may display colors differently.
Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Many Charmony items are limited in quantity. Placing an order does not guarantee availability if an inventory error occurs. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After that time, we may have already begun preparing the order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Estimated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside Charmony's control. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use Charmony content, photographs, designs, logos, or other materials in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.
