Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment as promptly as possible. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is $6. Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free Standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days in transit after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Charmony's control may affect delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopcharmony.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has an unusual delivery delay, please contact us at hello@shopcharmony.com so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
