Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

We hope you love your Charmony purchase.  If you're completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with any original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and issue an approved refund to your original payment method.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.  After that time, we may have already begun preparing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
